Fitness experts suggest for you work out for at least 5 times weekly, each session lasting 20-60 minutes. Simply wear women’s or men’s sport watch with stopwatch function so you can keep track of your progress. But don’t think going to the gym is the only effective means to work out. There are tons of fun routines like walking, swimming, dancing, playing basketball and the likes.

Religiously sticking to having a regular work out will make you notice some benefits right away. You’ll have more energy all day long to finish a lot of tasks. You’ll have quality sleep each night, and wake up the following day feeling revived.

There’s no denying that women’s brown boots look best when worn by a pair of slender legs. Or that a tight plain white shirt looks fabulous on a man with flab-free tummy. Losing excess weight makes you look good physically, so you feel good about yourself. But the best part is you’re minimizing your risk for getting life-threatening diseases.
