<p> This is going to require an intense routine using body weight exercises and dumbbells.It&#8217;s important not to take breaks between exercises. You won&#8217;t find a better workout on any <a target="_blank" href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/chat">weight loss forum</a>.</p>
<p> After completing each sequence, you can rest for a minute.Begin by making fists and doing pushups for half a minute.</p>
<p> Be sure to keep your elbows in and do as many pushups as you can.</p>

<p>Hold the dumbbell amid the knees, then flex your hips to raise the bell to your shoulder. Repeat these for 30 seconds and then switch hands.</p>

<p>If you want, I have another  sequence that can be combined with the one I just described or it can be done by itself as a separate 15 minute exercise. You can even mix in <a target="_blank" href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/exercises">six pack ab exercises</a>.</p>
<p>Begin with the Split Squat. Stand in front of a weight bench, propping a foot to your rear on the bench. Drop your body as far as it can go, then straighten back out, keeping your other foot flat on the floor.</p>
<p> You will experience a stretching feeling as you do this.Continue to work your legs, doing the curl with an exercise ball.With the back on the ground, use each leg to squeeze the ball and raise it.</p>
<p>With each elbow on the ball ahead of your shoulders, get into plank posture.Brace the abs as you maintain this posture.</p>
<p>These exercise routines will be enough to keep you lean with a short amount of time invested.</p>

<p>  Now I can tell you about one more study where cardio was done with alternating intensity to burn fat effectively.To illustrate what I&#8217;m talking about, you need to consider research that had people powering a bicyle at a two-thirds capacity speed for a one-hour period.</p>
<p> These compared with performing a half hour period followed by a 1/3 hour rest, repeating the half-hour biking. Both of these rides were at the same intensity as the first.Surprisingly, each group used up the same calorie count even though one split the effort into two.</p>
<p> What was also proven, however, was that the group that split up the hour of biking burned about 50% more fat in the after math.</p>
<p> So, what is the signifcance of this? Not much.For starters, twenty minutes of intervals would be enought to get even more results than both of those two workouts combined. Cardio will not promote <a target="_blank" href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com">rapid weight loss</a>.</p>
<p> I&#8217;m not sure what kind of person would want to do something like this as part of a work out routine. Finally, when you check out the calorie difference between the two, the percentages sound like a lot, but the actual difference is probably about 50 calories.</p>
<p> So, what do you make of it when you see people at the gym sitting there for 1/3 of an hour between their traditional aerobic routines so that they can burn those few extra calories in between?</p>
