Are you more comfortable with yourself during the cooler months of the year because you don’t know how to get rid of flabby arms?

If you watch some famous people on TV showing their flabby arms don’t you feel embarrassed for them?  And do you think that there is no way that you could do the same?

One of the options of how to get rid of flabby arms would be to make sure that they are always covered all summer long even if it means sweating and comfort.
Luckily, there is hope for people with flabby arms.

First one is to ignore that flabbiness and just reveal your embarrassment to everybody.
Second one is to exercise.

Implementing an exercise routine seems like something a lot of people plan to do… tomorrow.  But all too often, tomorrow never comes.  But you don’t need to use dumbbells or go to the gym!  You can get great results exercising in your own kitchen!

All you need to do is take 15 minutes a day to drastically improve not only the muscle tone in your arms, but your overall level of fitness as well.  Start by doing pushups.

Use the worktops if you are a beginner, and you can increase the difficulty level by lowering the surface later on.  This exercise is the best to strengthen the upper body and get rid of flabby arms.

The first time you do pushups, you may only be able to do a few.  That’s OK!  Do as many as you can.  Then tomorrow, try to increase that amount, even if you can only increase it by one.  The next day, do the same thing.   The best way how to get rid of flabby arms is just that simple.

Next, you’ll want to start working your triceps (the muscles on the backside of your upper arms.  ‘Tricep dips’ are one of the best exercises that you can do in order to get rid of flabby arms.

You can use a variety of surfaces for this exercise, from a chair to the kitchen table or countertop.

If you are using a chair, sit down and place your hands on the front edge of the chair.   The bulk of your body should be supported by your heels.  Slide forward and off the chair.  Keep your lower body supported by your heels and legs and try to keep the weight of your upper body balanced with your arms, (which are still on the chair).   Now dip your upper body down by bending your elbows until your shoulders are parallel to the floor.

Do it first as many times as you can, and don’t forget to increase repetitions daily or weekly.  Once you are comfortable with the basic tricep dip, try straightening your legs out for a more advanced exercise.

The tip for doing it correctly is to dip your body down, avoid bending forward.

Getting rid of your flabby arms is just that easy.

But I have to say that these exercises will only help you build the muscles.  If you need to get rid of body fat as well, you’ll have to burn more calories that you consume each day.

Cut back on high calorie food or reduce your portions and walk or do other cardiovascular exercise at least 3 times a week and you‘ll see some great results.

With an increased exercise regime and a sensible diet you should be able to lose about two pounds a week easily.

Getting started it the hardest part, but once your exercise routine has become a habit, it will be as easy as getting out of bed in the morning.

Most of us realize that flabby arms are caused by being overweight. It’s safe to say that if you’re flabby in other areas of your body, your arms won’t be far behind. The remedy is going to be for you to find a good diet program that emphasizes less calories than what your body processes.

See Get Rid of Flabby Arms for more information on this and other fat burning exercises and diets.

This is only going to be the first step. Other parts of your body will be losing fat before you begin to realize the loss in your arms. Another important step in the “how to lose flabby arms”  process is going to be the incorporation of light weight training exercises. This is how it’s done.

Get a chair, place it in an open space, and have a seat. With both feet flat on the floor, make sure that your feet are equal to your shoulder width.

You’ll need a couple of your 5 pound dumbbells to start. By holding one of your dumbbells in each hand, palms facing forward, slowly start bending your right arm up towards the ceiling without moving your elbows. Your elbows should be stationary to your side. And then lower that weight back down to its resting position. Repeat that same move for the other side.

Time to take a 30 second breather. Perform these movements until you get to a total of 10 to 15  for each arm. You can stop after completing 3 sets.

If you want great results, do these every other day 3 times a week.

Twenty to thirty minutes of interval training  should be done either on the day you’re lifting weights or on alternate days. It’s essential that you do some kind of cardiovascular exercise in order to get rid of the fat.
