Are You The Biggest Loser?

Some time ago this would have been an cause offence, but after the television rapid fat loss successes being the biggest loser have taken on a different significance – everyone who wants fast fat loss wants to be the biggest loser!

How Things Have Changed!

When we were young we needed to put on weight whereas when we reach middle age we are trying our best to control our weight as we sit on the couch and watch the biggest loser on television with a bowl of chips in hand.

I know … this is not the ideal diet for you!

So what do we think about when we hear those dreaded words – who is the biggest loser?

Do we put down our chips and think about what we need to do to be the biggest loser, or do we reach for another chip and dream of rapid fat loss like we dream of winning a major lottery?

Dieting as we know it is normally about controlling our eating and exercise so that we can control our weight. We know there are many celebrity diet plans and rapid fat loss stories that talk about extreme weight loss through various fat burners that work or belly fat burning foods that may not work.

So What Rapid Fat Loss Diet Works?

Like most people today you probably imagine that any fat loss diet or a crash diet means eating carrot sticks, spending hours at the gym each day then going to bed hungry.

This is why so many of these diets fail.

Trying to lose weight is hard – we all know that.

There are very few diets that can provide rapid fat loss or even a moderate or slow fat loss and then be sustainable over time unless they deal with more than just the food you eat. People will not stay with diets for very long without seeing a reward – we all want to be the biggest loser when we think about our weight!

Research has shown that as many as 95% of people who follow extremely restrictive diets will put all the weight back on again rather soon after losing the weight. This means that a typical crash diet will only work for 5% of the people.

How Do You Be The Biggest Loser?

So you want to lose weight without eliminating the problem foods and problem behaviours that made you overweight to begin with?

You already know that the secret is to have a weight loss program that works with the foods that you already eat and instead of being soley focused on the food you eat any rapid fat loss diet needs to work on your metabolism – that is the system within your body that controls the burning of fats or commonly known as the mechanism of fat burners that work within your body – naturally!

The herbal supplement Yogic Slim helps your body to digest the food properly by enhancing the efficiency of your own metabolism system – it creates fat burners that work to make you the biggest loser.

Eating correctly or consuming the right kind of foods plays one of the major roles in making you lose weight but proper digestion is the actual problem most overweight people have.

Proper digestion is the key to weight loss – we have internal fat burners that would create rapid fat loss but they are not turned on. We always ignor the maintenance of this internal system known as the metabolism and it is time to switch back on our fat burners that work to promote rapid fat loss.

Rapid Fat Loss – Best Fat Burning Weight Loss Foods

Many people aren’t only curious about what foods a perfect bodybuilder consumes to maintain single digit body fat, nevertheless they also desire to be taken with the hand as well as told precisely what food to eat themselves while on burn the fat or feed the muscle.

Don’t think that extreme low carbs are important or most effective when you evaluate the long term, research has shown that there are many definite strengths to a low to moderate carb and higher protein diet for fat loss purposes. These include decreased appetite, higher thermic effect of food and “automatic” calorie control.

It’s very important for compliance to pick foods you like and to have the alternative for a wide variety of choices. In the past several years, nutrition and obesity research, in studying all types of diet programs, has continued to summarize that almost any hypocaloric diet that is not completely “moronic” can function, at least in the short term.

It’s not really much about the high carb – low carb argument or another debate as much as it is about calorie control and compliance. The problem is, restrained diets and remaining in a calorie deficit is difficult, and so most of the people can’t keep with any program and they fall off the wagon, whichever wagon that may be.

Your concentration should shift to these questions:

- How can we make an eating program that we can enjoy while still obtaining us leaner and also more healthy?

- How can we build an eating program which will help us control calories automatically?

- How can we build an eating program which improves compliance?

Here are the lists of foods to accomplish these three results. This eating plan is not difficult to stick with at all, by the way. Enjoy eating in this way and it feels almost weird not to eat like this after doing it for so long.

This is checklist to correctly rapid fat loss :

- Oatmeal (old fashioned)

- Yams

- Brown rice (a favorite is basmati, a long grain aromatic rice)

- Sweet potatoes (almost same as yams)

- Numerous grain hot cereal

- Broccoli

- Asparagus

- Spinach

- Salad greens

- Tomatoes

- Egg whites (whole eggs in limited quantities)

- Whey or Casein protein (protein powder supplements)

- Chicken Breast

- Salmon (wild Alaskan)

- Turkey Breast

- Grapefruit

- Apples

- Blueberries

- Cantaloupe

- Oranges

Include healthy fats as well, for example walnuts, almonds, extra virgin olive oil, flaxseeds, flaxseed oil (supplement – not to cook with), avocado and a few others.

How strict should you be along with following these food lists?

Follow a compliance rate of about 95%, so this means take two or three meals per week of whatever you desire – stuff that is NOT on these lists – such as pizza, sushi, big fatty restaurant steaks, etc. (contrary towards persistent rumors, you are not cyborg which never enjoys a great restaurant meal)

Wish you found this burn the fat review is useful and interesting. Keep in mind, you need to select natural food you enjoy as a way to develop habits you can keep with long term.

Discover 12 Minutes to Leanness

The holidays are one of many hectic times when a fast way to exercise is needed to avoid problems. If you have as little as twelve minutes to spare, you can burn fat and keep making progress toward your goals.

This is going to require an intense routine using body weight exercises and dumbbells. It’s important not to take breaks between exercises. You won’t find a better workout on any weight loss forum.

After completing each sequence, you can rest for a minute.Begin by making fists and doing pushups for half a minute.

Be sure to keep your elbows in and do as many pushups as you can.

Next, do the single arm dumbbell swing for 30 seconds. With a weight in hand, bend each knee just a little bit.

Hold the dumbbell amid the knees, then flex your hips to raise the bell to your shoulder. Repeat these for 30 seconds and then switch hands.

After that, do normal pushups for a half minute and then complete the sequence with 2 arm dumbbell swings.

If you want, I have another  sequence that can be combined with the one I just described or it can be done by itself as a separate 15 minute exercise. You can even mix in six pack ab exercises.

Begin with the Split Squat. Stand in front of a weight bench, propping a foot to your rear on the bench. Drop your body as far as it can go, then straighten back out, keeping your other foot flat on the floor.

You will experience a stretching feeling as you do this.Continue to work your legs, doing the curl with an exercise ball. With the back on the ground, use each leg to squeeze the ball and raise it.

With each elbow on the ball ahead of your shoulders, get into plank posture.Brace the abs as you maintain this posture.

These exercise routines will be enough to keep you lean with a short amount of time invested.

Easy Ways To Set Goals to Win The battle With Fat

There’s no better way to defeat weight problems by setting objectives that you work hard to achieve. I want you to be active in controlling your frame of mind and put this information to good use. You can have rapid weight loss if you want it.

Let me tell you about an interview I had with a renowned fitness expert. The fundamental thing we talked about is the correlation between goal setting and success.

There are some good suggestions that I have for you that will help you leverage goals to get the body you want. The truth is that it’s difficult to know if most people are successful because most people don’t have a clear idea about the things they want.

So you need to sit down and define what you would like to look like and how you want to feel about yourself.

It’s important not to compromise when you set down your goals: you want to say what you want, not what you think is possible.Think about the ideal you, independent of what you think is appropriate or possible. It doesn’t matter what other people think about you either. You can lose 20 pounds if you want to.

There’s nothing like getting a glimpse of what you really really want that will motivate yourself to push onward even through discouraging times. It’s kind of like reading a book that is really interesting and engrossing compared to reading a book about something you don’t even care about.

So you really need to be looking for that passionate enthusiasm that comes from deep with in when you recognize exactly what you want to be.

You’re going to fight against yourself as long as you keep your expectations low. Shoot high and you’ll be persuaded to do absolutely anything to achieve. What good is it to limit yourself and talk yourself into thinking that you don’t deserve the things that you want? You’ll never rise above your current state because it’s not motivating to have being obese and stagnant in your life. Look for something better.

Another problem is fear of failure. You’ll never get anywhere as long as you let other people’s opinions or your own beliefs hold you down. Talk about your dreams in the weight loss forum.

Old People Can Lose Weight Too

There’s no doubt in my mind that the majority of individuals at the club don’t have a valid concept about why they are even there. This isn’t always the fault of the person involved, though maybe more people should use a trainer. Perhaps, too, some trainers need to be a bit more knowledgable in their field: that always helps. Share your thoughts about fitness in the weight loss forum.

Even worse, some people want to go to the gym, but they also want to avoid all that hard work. What’s importand is that you get some strong intensity with your movements at a level that traditional aeorobic work will never require.

The truth of the matter is that many people are looking for something a lot easier than doing barbell squatting with over three quarters of their body’s mass.Don’t get me wrong: sometimes I meet people who have an understanding of fitness and they are willing to put in a little work with the squat, deadlift, and interval. It’s what he expects from himself. It takes work to have rapid weight loss.

This one boy has better understanding of the principles behind fitness than most of the pros I’ve ever met. He has no formal training, yet he could tell you how to get the body you want better than anyone I know.

I know why he does such a good job in his training program too: he pays attention to the fundamentals. There’s a book for folks who are older than 40 and it tells them how to be fit. I just read it myself.

The material in this volume will do everyone good if they want to stay out of the nursing home. The pages tell the tales of males and females of a variety of ages who got their butts in gear and made good lives for themselves. The tales are very motivational.

It’s disappointing when people think that their age rules them out of fitness, because it doesn’t. It’s never too late to lose 20 pounds.

How To Burn Flab, Not Time

The mail I get is incredible: people promoting the same old cardiovascular traditions and marketing them as a new breakthrough in fitness. The truth is that traditional cardio workouts suck and they waste time and they aren’t going to help you. Reveal your cardio experiences in the weight loss forum.

Now I can tell you about one more study where cardio was done with alternating intensity to burn fat effectively. To illustrate what I’m talking about, you need to consider research that had people powering a bicyle at a two-thirds capacity speed for a one-hour period.

These compared with performing a half hour period followed by a 1/3 hour rest, repeating the half-hour biking. Both of these rides were at the same intensity as the first.Surprisingly, each group used up the same calorie count even though one split the effort into two.

What was also proven, however, was that the group that split up the hour of biking burned about 50% more fat in the after math.

So, what is the signifcance of this? Not much. For starters, twenty minutes of intervals would be enought to get even more results than both of those two workouts combined. Cardio will not promote rapid weight loss.

I’m not sure what kind of person would want to do something like this as part of a work out routine. Finally, when you check out the calorie difference between the two, the percentages sound like a lot, but the actual difference is probably about 50 calories.

So, what do you make of it when you see people at the gym sitting there for 1/3 of an hour between their traditional aerobic routines so that they can burn those few extra calories in between?

How many of us want to waste all that time reading books when we could be working or playing? The experts in aerobic exercises confirm what I say themselves with their ridiculous stuidies that do nothing but waste people’s time. Only intervals will help you lose 20 pounds.

5 Tips for Weight Friendly Travel

Lately, I’ve seen articles recommending travelers to maintain either a third or maybe half of their normal training schedule while they are traveling. These are written by health and fitness experts, but I have really wondered about their logic when saying such a thing.

Why would anyone want to scale back on their training just because they are traveling?Just because you are not at home doesn’t mean you can’t exercise.

Of course I realize that sometimes you need some time off and that can be beneficial to relieve chronic stress from training.Taking some time off the job to recuperate is the same thing.

Of course, once you become fit, it is easier to maintain good condition even when taking time off.

Still, you should think about eating properly and exercise and while you are away. If you want to know how to lose weight fast, you will have to travel smart.

I’m going to list below the first five of 10 secrets I use to maintain my conditioning while on the road.

By making this determination you can improve the odds that you will take the necessary steps to eat right and exercise while away from home. If you approach it the right way, you can make this a personal challenge that you can rise up to meet.

2. Plan your training program for on the road before you leave.

By putting your objectives and plans on paper you are making commitments in your mind that you are more likely to keep.Make sure your plan is very detailed about what you’re going to do and when. Check the weight loss forum to see if you can get any ideas there.

3. Only book hotels that have kitchen facilities. This helps you take control of your diet while you are away.

4. Go get groceries right away after you check in to the hotel. If you are going to get healthy food to be you need to do it right away.

5. Have a list of the most healthy restaurants in the area prepared in advance. This will improve the odds that when dining out you will have some good choices.

How To Remember the Important Things of Fitness

December 13, 2010 by admin

You’ll see people who continually involve themselves in workouts that aren’t making one bit of difference in their lives. Rather than continuing that kind of insanity, it’s time to remember some basics of weight loss and fitness. Rather than wasting your time, you could experience rapid weight loss.

That’s what I’ve told my own clients to do.With the most ridiculous amounts of time being spent, many people end up on a plateau where there are no further gains to be had.

This kind of situation might sound familiar to you because you’ve been there and done that. The one factor that these people have failed to recall is that the exercise conglomerates don’t always tell the truth.

People who want to sell exercise machines want you to buy them, so they promote cardio even though they won’t do much at all in helping you lose fat.

In fact, most of the work you need to do to get the fat off your body can be done at home, and you don’t need much in the way of equipment.Don’t forget that you can get more done with a collection of six body-weight drills than you ever will accomplish on the machines. You need to keep some things in mind if you’re going to lose 20 pounds.

Choose an equal number of exercises that will mobilize your upper and lower parts. As you perform your circuit, do an upper and then a lower, in alternating fashion.

Intensity is important as you do these exercises, so don’t rest for more than a minute or so and only do it at the end of the entire sequence.

One more piece of knowledge that often slips out of your mind is the need to get outside and play. When you reclaim your life from aerobic drudgery, you’ll find that you have more time for other activities like dancing.Too often, people get in the daily grind and forget that working out is fun.

You see, just like cardio workouts turn into a horrible routine, any fat loss effort can become mundane and joyless. You should never fail to remember that working out is enjoyable. The exercises that can become a chore are easy when you keep a vision of your goal in mind. You can discuss this in the weight loss forum.

Learn Ways to Propel Yourself To New Levels

If you’re not making any more progress in your exercise program, you need to find ways to break into a new pattern of success. A lot of this hinges on the attitudes you hold in your mind. When your mind has an appropriate way to see self, you will experience a lot better results from your training. Let me tell you something that happened to me. A while back I would set about training in the gym and my partner would sneak on extra weights onto the barbell without telling me. I’d be expecting to do two hundred pounds and I’d be doing more than that and not even know it. Your mind is an important asset when it comes time to lose 20 pounds.

This is probably true for most people: you can do much more than you believe that you are capable of. That is what needs to change. From now on you don’t have to be committing yourself to workouts that aren’t benefitting you at all. You can use your mind to get over this.

If you’re stuck, then you need to get your mind engaged with postive and proper attituces. You see, you’re limiting yourself when you believe that you have to be out of shape and obsese. Believe that you are meant to be thin and see what difference that can make. You’re going to have to believe in yourself. I want you to make up your mind that you are going to get the body you want. I want you to regard yourself as a success, not a failure. Discipline yourself to see yourself fitting into smaller clothes, for example. Talk about your mind games in the  weight loss forum.

Let me tell you about one of my Web site user’s experience with this sort of thing. He said that he had a good day controlling what he is eating that day. He refused the french fry and burger temptation and everything to have a good diet that day. He accomplished this by telling his mind that he is a healthy person and as such he doesn’t eat bad food. This is the path to rapid weight loss.

It’s hard to wait for results when fat is wreaking havoc on your body. It’s normal to want that fat gone and to want it gone as soon as possible.

After all, you see all the ads that promise miracle weight loss, and you see people losing weight rapidly. You’ve even seen TV programs that encourage radical methods to eliminate excess weight. All this and they might not do any six pack ab exercises!

So, it’s almost universal for people to want to have fast results in weight loss.Problems can develop by taking measures to speed up the process of losing pounds.

One problem is that when you lose weight, you are losing muscle along with the fat: this kills your metabolism.

Furthermore, weight that is lost fast comes back fast. That’s the way it is.If you get realistic, more people have issues with maintaining a healthy weight than with eliminating excess weight.

The chances for long lasting weight loss is a patient approach that tries to reduce your weight by one or two pounds each week. This is what almost any nutrition specialist will tell you. The same thing goes for professional fitness groups.

The only exception is that if you are massively overweight, you can lose slightly more than two pounds per week. So you probably don’t want to know how to lose weight fast!

OK, let’s state the rule: a person can safely lose 1%  of their pounds in a given week: a 300 pound person could safely lose 3 pounds. The catch is that you shouldn’t be losing lean tissue: that is what you want to keep. Body weight isn’t all fat, you see. You have internal organs, water, and muscle.

If weight loss was so important, we could just saw off one of your arms or legs, right? You’ll be glad you lost pounds patiently because that weight won’t come back. See how they react to that on the weight loss forum.
